The English dub of Dragon Ball Super: Beerus will stream exclusively on Crunchyroll in Australia and New Zealand from Friday 13 November. Subtitled episodes have been available since 12 October, while Spanish and Portuguese dubs are also included in the wider international rollout.
The enhanced edition revisits the arrival of Beerus, the God of Destruction. Several years after the battle against Majin Buu, Earth has returned to peace. However, Beerus awakens from a long sleep and hears rumours of the Saiyan who defeated Frieza.
Beerus soon appears before Goku, placing Earth in danger and setting up a cosmic battle between the God of Destruction and Goku’s allies. The series combines enhanced and all-new animation and visuals while drawing on creator Akira Toriyama’s original story, character designs and creative vision.
Toei Animation produced the series. The English voice cast features Sean Schemmel as Son Goku, Christopher R. Sabat as Vegeta, Jason Douglas as Beerus and Ian Sinclair as Whis.
