AMC+, Acorn TV, Shudder and HIDIVE November 2026 highlights – Four specialist streaming services have a busy November ahead, from the return of The Madame Blanc Mysteries and a new Japanese horror film to a continuing anime simulcast and a substantial Shudder library refresh.

For Australian viewers, the advantage of this combined guide is that several programmes cross service lines: The Madame Blanc Mysteries, Naked City and Still Life: A Three Pines Mystery are listed for both Acorn TV and AMC+, while Shudder’s new films and The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula are also listed on AMC+. The four catalogues are not identical, so the dates and service labels below matter when deciding where to watch.

The largest new-series arrival is the fifth season of The Madame Blanc Mysteries on 9 November. Elsewhere, Shudder adds New Group and Tinsman Road, Acorn TV starts a staged roll-out of all three listed Rectify seasons, and HIDIVE continues Reincarnated as a Sword season two. All dates below are November 2026 unless otherwise stated.

AMC+ November 2026 highlights

Ghosts in the Hood — 1 November

The complete Ghosts in the Hood series arrives for a binge on 1 November. Official Paranormal Operations, or O.P.O., investigates claims of hauntings across Los Angeles, with cases taking the team through Compton, South Central, Inglewood and downtown LA. Each episode follows two clients who believe a home or business has been troubled by spirits. Founder and chief executive Defecio Stoglin leads the team, and the programme mixes the investigations with humour rather than presenting itself as a straight horror series.

Archive X: Unexplained Phenomena — finale 5 November

Archive X: Unexplained Phenomena reaches its season finale on 5 November. Hosted by Professor Jeffrey J. Kripal, the series invites people to describe experiences they have often never discussed publicly. Its subjects span telepathy, near-death experiences, UFO encounters, alleged alien abductions, prophetic dreams and messages attributed to the beyond. The series also draws on work associated with Harvard psychiatrist Dr John E. Mack and author Whitley Strieber. It examines how accounts that initially seem unrelated might connect, while leaving audiences to judge the claims and evidence for themselves.

Love After Lockup: Relationship Rehab — Saturdays to 28 November

New episodes of Love After Lockup: Relationship Rehab continue on Saturdays, with the season finale scheduled for 28 November. Five couples from the wider Love After Lockup franchise enter a programme devised for them by psychiatrist and relationship specialist Dr Ish Major. Their sessions revisit old wounds and the pressures that have followed them into life together. As they face difficult conversations and previously concealed truths, the question becomes whether the relationships can be repaired—or whether some couples are better apart.

Braxton Family Values — seasons five to seven on 24 November

Seasons five, six and seven of Braxton Family Values are listed as an AMC+ binge from 24 November. The reality series follows sisters Toni, Tamar, Towanda, Trina and Traci Braxton, alongside their mother, Miss E. Their careers and ambitions are central to the programme, but so are the family relationships: support, rivalry, arguments and reconciliation all play out as the sisters pursue their own paths in entertainment.

Platinum Weddings — seasons one and two on 24 November

The first two seasons of Platinum Weddings also join AMC+ on 24 November. Its ceremonies are built on extravagant budgets and exacting plans: examples in the programme include a wedding ring valued at a quarter of a million dollars, a $30,000 cake and a groom arriving on an elephant. The series goes behind the spectacle of food, fashion, venues and multiple wedding dresses as couples plan their celebrations.

Rectify — seasons begin 2, 16 and 30 November

Acorn TV is spreading the first three seasons of Rectify across the month. Season one arrives on 2 November, season two on 16 November and season three on 30 November. Australian actor Aden Young plays Daniel Holden, who returns to his Georgia hometown after nearly 20 years on death row when new DNA evidence leads to his release. Freedom does not provide a simple return to the life he left behind: Daniel and his family must live with the consequences of his conviction, the suspicion still surrounding him and a community divided over his case.

The staggered dates make this a series to follow across November rather than a single-day complete-series drop. Young’s central performance is also a significant Australian connection in a slate otherwise led largely by international productions.

The Madame Blanc Mysteries — season five on 9 November

The Madame Blanc Mysteries returns with season five on 9 November, on both Acorn TV and AMC+. Sally Lindsay plays antiques expert Jean White, whose eye for objects and their histories repeatedly draws her into murders, stolen treasures and buried secrets in Sainte Victoire. This season gives Jean another personal complication: her wedding to Dom, played by Steve Edge, is approaching while tensions within the family are rising.

The programme remains one of the clearest examples of the overlap between the two services in this month’s release. Acorn TV is the series’ original home, but the supplied schedule lists the same season-five premiere for AMC+ subscribers.

Dark Winds — season two on 9 November

The six-episode second season of Dark Winds comes to Acorn TV on 9 November. Lieutenant Joe Leaphorn, played by Zahn McClarnon, reunites with former deputy-turned-private investigator Jim Chee, played by Kiowa Gordon. Their separate inquiries converge on the same suspect and send them into the high desert of Navajo Country. The killer they pursue is also targeting them to protect a secret that exposes old wounds and tests Leaphorn’s professional and moral judgement.

Jessica Matten returns as Sergeant Bernadette Manuelito, while A Martinez plays Valencia County Sheriff Gordo Sena. Together, the characters face a threat with consequences beyond a single case, as Leaphorn and Chee try to protect both themselves and the community relying on them.

Naked City — seasons one and two on 22 and 29 November

Classic police drama Naked City is being released in two instalments. Season one arrives on 22 November and season two follows on 29 November, with both listed for Acorn TV and AMC+. Inspired by the 1948 film of the same name, the Emmy-winning series originally ran from 1958 to 1963. It follows cases connected to a New York police precinct and uses a semi-documentary style to give the city itself a central place in the storytelling. Harry Bellaver and Horace McMahon are among its stars.

Still Life: A Three Pines Mystery — 30 November

Still Life: A Three Pines Mystery arrives on Acorn TV and AMC+ on 30 November. The film adapts the first novel in Louise Penny’s Three Pines series, set in a fictional Quebec village. When a well-loved resident is found dead in the woods over Thanksgiving, many locals accept the explanation of a hunting accident. Chief Inspector Armand Gamache, played by Nathaniel Parker, suspects a killing and begins to look beneath the village’s apparently settled surface.

New Group — 6 November

Shudder’s new original film New Group premieres on 6 November and is also listed for AMC+. High school student Ai watches an unsettling group mentality spread through the people around her. Ordinary gymnastics routines become a disturbing, deadly spectacle as those caught up in the behaviour turn into apparently unthinking followers. Yûta Shimotsu, whose earlier work includes Best Wishes to All, writes and directs. Anna Yamada, Yuzu Aoki and Pierre Taki star.

Tinsman Road — 13 November

Tinsman Road arrives on Shudder and AMC+ on 13 November. Set in the backwoods of New Jersey, the film follows a young man trying to understand what happened to his sister, who has been missing for years. His search leads back to the family home and a mystery whose history proves harder to untangle than he expects.

The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula — new episodes Tuesdays

New episodes of The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula continue on Tuesdays on Shudder and AMC+. The horror-inflected drag competition is entering its seventh season as it marks ten years since its original Halloween debut. The latest season promises underground performers, elaborate elimination challenges and cinematic sequences paying tribute to the tactile VHS horror of the 1980s and 1990s.

The announced guest-judge line-up is extensive. It includes Rose McGowan, Doug Jones, David Dastmalchian, Harvey Guillén, Rachel True, Darren Stein, Lloyd Kaufman, Brandon Rogers, James A. Janisse, Chelsea Rebecca, Yvie Oddly, Lauren LaVera, Bailey Sarian and Howard Berger. Previous winners Landon Cider, Dahli and Asia Consent are also listed among the season’s guests. The show has received four Emmy nominations and remains a major unscripted franchise for Shudder.

Shudder’s ten library additions

Seven library films are listed for 1 November. Theatre of Horrors places four actors in an experimental production run by a homicidal director. The silent-era Sweeney Todd (1928) follows a man’s dream of being the infamous barber who murders sailors for their valuables, while The Lighthouse Keepers (1929) sends a father and his bitten son to a remote lighthouse for a month.

Also arriving on 1 November, Cold Meat begins when a driver rescues a waitress from her former partner, only for a crash in a snowstorm to leave him injured and trapped in a ravine. Let It Snow follows snowboarder Mia as she confronts both the elements and a masked rider after entering a restricted slope. In Handling the Undead, the dead inexplicably return during a hot Oslo summer, confronting three families with the reappearance of lost loved ones. HIDIVE November 2026 highlights

Reincarnated as a Sword — season two Wednesdays

Season two of Reincarnated as a Sword continues its Wednesday simulcast on HIDIVE through November, with the season finale scheduled for 16 December. English-dubbed episodes are listed for Thursdays. At the heart of the fantasy is a former human reborn as a sentient sword. He gains skills through telekinesis before meeting Fran, a young Black Cat Tribe girl who takes him up, names him Shishou and becomes his wielder.

The pair set out to become adventurers. Fran also hopes to achieve something denied to others in her tribe: evolving into a mightier beast and fulfilling her parents’ dream. Shishou promises to remain beside her until she reaches that goal. Shinji Ishihira directs the anime; Takahiro Nagano handles series composition and scripts, Atsuko Saito designs the characters, and C2C produces the animation.

Three English dubs — 1 November

HIDIVE has three additional English-dub launches on 1 November. I’m Dating a Dark Summoner centres on Amona, a dark summoner, and Roni, an earnest priest whose apparent incompatibility gives way to an unexpected romantic encounter. Seiya Miyajima writes and directs, with character design by Takahiro Sasaki and production by Deregula.

Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden follows a formidable hero who dies dreaming of a worthy opponent, then awakens in the body of a frail young girl. As Nia Liston, she embraces a second chance at life by seeking strong fighters and generating chaos along the way. Motoki Nakanishi directs, Gigaemon Ichikawa oversees series composition, and Konami Animation produces.

The third dub, TETSURYO! Meet with Tetsudou Musume, takes a gentler route. Student Misaki wants to leave her routine behind and discover a passion, and a chance meeting with her college Railway Travel Club opens a new world of journeys. Misuzu Hoshino directs, Aya Satsuki handles series composition, Naonori Hashimoto designs the characters, and EAST FISH STUDIO animates.
