Stan announces Premier League summer series – Stan today confirmed it will stream the Premier League Summer Series 2025 live and exclusive on Stan Sport from Sunday, 27 July AEST, marking the next major moment in its football rollout and gives fans the first opportunity to see Premier League clubs in action ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The Premier League Summer Series is a pre-season tournament held across the United States, featuring six matches played between global powerhouses Manchester United, Everton, West Ham United and Bournemouth. It offers fans an early glimpse at clubs preparations including star players, fresh tactics and big-name signings on show.
Everton and Bournemouth open this year’s Summer Series with all the action streaming live and exclusive on Stan Sport from 6:00am AEST on Saturday, 27 July.
This follows Stan’s landmark announcement in June, securing exclusive rights to become the new home of the Premier League in Australia, beginning with the 2025/26 season which kicks off on Saturday, 16 August (AEST).
To further bolster its football offering, Stan Sport today also confirmed it will stream the DFB-Pokal – Germany’s storied knockout cup competition, featuring top-tier Bundesliga clubs and thrilling underdog matchups from across all divisions. This iconic tournament adds another prestigious European title to Stan’s growing football slate.
With exclusive rights to the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, the recently announced Premier League, Emirates FA Cup, National Women’s Soccer League (USA), and J.League now joined by DFB-Pokal, Stan Sport continues to strengthen its position as the home of world-class football, all in one place.

The action continues in August with two massive early-season blockbusters:
- FA Community Shield – Premier League champions Liverpool face Emirates FA Cup winners Crystal Palace, live from Wembley on Sunday, 11 August (AEST).
- UEFA Super Cup – UEFA Champions League winners PSG take on UEFA Europa League champions Tottenham Hotspur, live from Udine, Italy on Thursday, 14 August (AEST).
