Liam Paro targets world glory with September Showdown live on Kayo Sports – Australian boxing star Liam Paro is just over a week away from earning a World Title shot, when he faces David Papot in Brisbane, live on Main Event, available on Kayo SPORTS.
The World Title Eliminator is set to take place at Brisbane’s Pat Rafter Arena on Thursday September 18 with the PPV action beginning at 7:00pm AEST on Kayo SPORTS.
September is when champions are made, and legacies written. It’s footy finals time and some of the greats are backing the Queensland fighter in his bid to reclaim World Championship glory. Fox Footy legend Alastair Lynch and Fox League star Gorden Tallis will be alongside Paro at Pat Rafter Arena tomorrow from 12:30pm AEST to preview the AFL and NRL finals series and the 29-year-old’s upcoming bout.
Paro returned to Aussie shores earlier this year with No Limit Boxing following a dominant KO victory over Jonathan Navarro before moving up a division where he will now be among potential opponents like Ryan Garcia, Devin Haney and Rolly Romero.
