Seven signs major brand partners for Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games – Seven has announced the key brand partners for its live, free and exclusive coverage of the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.
AAMI, Harvey Norman, Woolworths, Hancock Prospecting and Kidman have signed on as principal sponsors, with Chemist Warehouse and BUPA joining as major integrated brands.
For Australian viewers, the announcement underlines the commercial scale of Seven’s exclusive Games coverage, which will span broadcast television, 7plus Sport, social platforms and SCA’s Hit and Triple M networks.
Seven’s Glasgow 2026 coverage
The Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games opening ceremony is set for 4.45am AEST on Friday 24 July.
Seven will broadcast the Games in prime time from 7.00pm each night, with live coverage running through to 7.30am across all 10 days.
The network says its television and 7plus Sport coverage is projected to reach more than 12 million Australians.
Daily Games coverage will also be supported by Sunrise, 7NEWS, 7NEWS.com.au and The Nightly.
7plus Sport expands the Games offer
Seven is also positioning 7plus Sport as a major part of the Glasgow 2026 experience.
The streaming offer will include 15 channels of live content and eight FAST replay channels. Those replay channels will be available when there is no live Games content.
The FAST channels will cover swimming, athletics, track cycling, artistic gymnastics, power and combat sports, team sports and bowls.
Seven will also run a curated Glasgow Glory channel featuring key moments, Australian highlights and standout performances from competing nations.
SCA joins the Games coverage
Glasgow 2026 coverage and updates will also be available through SCA’s Triple M and Hit Networks.
Triple M will simulcast Seven’s live broadcast from 10pm to 5am. During breakfast, Triple M and Hit will deliver breaking coverage of key moments and regular daily updates.
Sponsors back live sport
Seven’s National Television Sales Director, Katie Finney, said the event gives partners the chance to reach audiences across broadcast, audio, live and on-demand streaming, social platforms and radio.
AAMI’s Executive General Manager, Brand and Customer Experience, Mim Haysom, said the Commonwealth Games gives Australians the chance to celebrate major sporting moments while recognising the support networks behind athletes.
Seven’s Head of Commonwealth Games, Anna Stone, said the network was proud to bring the Games to Australians live and free across multiple platforms.
Seven’s wall of sport
The Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games will open a heavy second-half sport schedule for Seven.
The network’s upcoming sport slate also includes the AFL Finals Series, the Rugby League World Cup, Test Cricket against Bangladesh and New Zealand, the World Athletics U20 Championships, the Big Bash League and the Supercars Championship Bathurst 1000.
