The first full day of viewing brings Australia into action across 3×3 basketball, swimming, wheelchair basketball, Para powerlifting and artistic gymnastics. All times below are AEST.
For Australian viewers, this is the first major night of the Games after the Opening Ceremony. It also gives 7plus Sport an immediate showcase, with live coverage, replays and highlights sitting beside Seven and 7mate’s broadcast coverage.

- 7.00pm | 3×3 Basketball: Australia opens against New Zealand in the men’s draw. The women’s team begins against Kenya.
- 7.30pm | Swimming: Australia’s pool stars begin their Glasgow campaigns. Lani Pallister is listed in the women’s 400m freestyle.
- 9.05pm | Women’s 3×3 Wheelchair Basketball: Australia faces England in its first group match.

Later in WA, Australia meets England in men’s 3×3 wheelchair basketball at 11.35pm. The artistic gymnastics team final is listed from 12.30am, Para powerlifting heavyweight finals from 1.45am and swimming finals from 2.00am.
