Analysis
Seven
Seven News was #3 with wins in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Seven News at 6:30 was #2 with wins in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. There was a tie in Brisbane. Home and Away was #9 with 441 000, but obviously has 20%+ increases in Total TV. Code 1: Minute by Minute was #24 with 205 000. This is a quality program but is not finding any traction against MAFS on Wednesday nights. Expect the show to be moved by Seven in a slot where it does not compete with the reality juggernaut. The Front Bar was #21 with 223 000. The Sydney and Brisbane numbers were low, so expect the late night slot when the show returns to the AFL edition next month in those markets. A repeat of Kitchen Nightmares Australia was watched by 100 000 viewers. The Latest: Seven News was on 73 000 and then a late night repeat of Police Code Zero: Officer Under Attack was on 41 000.
Nine
Nine News was #5 with a win in Sydney. Nine News 6:30 was #4 with a win in Sydney and a tie in Brisbane. A Current Affair (ACA) was #6, but #1 in its slot with 643 000.
