Seven News 6:30 was #2 with 772 000 with wins in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Home and Away was #7 for the night, but #3 in its slot with 458 000 viewers. A repeat of Hey Hey It’s 50 Years was watched by 343 000 viewers, but that was enough for it to land #2 in the slot behind the ABC. Nine News was #3 for the night with wins in Sydney and Melbourne. Nine News 6:30 was #4 with 680 000 viewers and a win in Sydney. A Current Affair was #6 overall but #2 in its slot with 507 000 viewers. A last minute change had RBT on 284 000, but the episode did not screen in Perth. The Project 6:30 was watched by 174 000, but that figure rose to 274 000 at 7pm. A repeat of The Dog House Australia was on 294 000. The Real Love Boat had a disappointing 130 000 viewers, but with the season finale next week, there is little chance of 10 pulling the show from the schedule as they did in the US. My Life is Murder suffered as well at just 68 000 viewers.

ABC News won its slot with 512 000. 730 was on 423 000 to land at #11. Hard Quiz was at 451 000, enough for the show and 730 to win that hour of programming.
