Analysis for Total TV (11 October, 2022) and Overnight (18 October, 2022) ratings.
TOTAL TV
The Block was #3 overall and #1 non news in the Total TV ratings. The Block rose a sharp 31% to 1, 303 000 viewers after impressive overnight numbers. Even though it was a repeat, Travel Guides rose 12% to 644 000. A repeat of Botched rose 7% to 291 000.
Seven News at 6:30 was the #1 show overall for the evening sitting at 1, 394 000, a rise of 3%. Home and Away was up 21% to 954 000. This is Your Life, celebrating the career of Ray Meagher did well, increasing its audience by 18% to receive a total audience of 1, 113 000. The Good Doctor always does well in Total TV, this time up 33% to 586 000.
Mirror Mirror on 10 had an uplift of 17% to 498 000. The Cheap Seats rose 15% to 505 000.
ABC had a strong night with Take 5 with Zan Rowe up 25% to 554 000 and Keep on Dancing up 17% to 338 000.

Analysis
Nine News was #5 for he night with no wins in any capital city market. A Current Affair was #2 in the slot behind ABC News on 554 000. The Block was a massive outright champion from 7:30pm with 735 000 viewers. A repeat of Travel Guides did well with 387 000 and Botched had 153 000 viewers.
Seven News had a win in all markets with 871 000. Home and Away had 473 000 but will do well in Total TV. Dogs Behaving Very Badly had 307 000 viewers. The Good Doctor was on 212 000, whilst 10 Years Younger in 10 Days UK had 116 000 viewers.
10 had 265 000 viewers for The Traitors, with all eyes looking ahead to the Total TV ratings. The Cheap Seats built on The Traitors lead in to have 319 000 viewers. NCIS drew 143 000. which ws only 10k off the lead for the slot.
Take 5 with Zan Rowe had 334 000 for the ABC, whilst Tom Gleeson’s Secrets of the Australian Museum had 349 000 viewers.
