Seven News was #2 for the night with a reach audience loss of 34 000 and an average audience loss of 33 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #6 with 1 179 000 (823 000). Home and Away – episode 2 was #14 with 894 000 (720 000). Home and Away – episode 3 was #15 with 825 000 (699 000). Jim Jefferies and Friends was #16 with 820 000 (270 000). First Dates UK was #30 with 422 000 (142 000). A repeat of 7NEWS: The Balibo Five: 50 Years On was #94 with 165 000 (80 000). Gatecrashers was #137 with 116 000 (38 000).

Sunrise – Early – 544 000 (268 000)

The Chase UK – 398 000 (229 000)

Nine

9News was #1 for the night. A Current Affair was #3 with 1 452 000 (959 000). RBT was #4 with 1 430 000 (640 000). Emergency was #8 with 1 143 000 (514 000). A repeat of RPA was #18 with 741 000 (361 000). 9News Late was #39 with 363 000 (211 000). Chicago Med was #55 with 267 000 (126 000).

10 News+ was #43 for the night. Deal or No Deal was #32 with 419 000 (238 000). Gogglebox was #12 with 984 000 (563 000). 10’s Late News was #73 with 204 000 (113 000). An encore of 10 News+ was #85 with 186 000 (72 000). The Office Australia was #44 with 324 000 (156 000). The Office Australia – episode was #71 with 216 000 (98 000). A repeat of Law & Order: SVU was #60 with 250 000 (102 000). 10’s Late News was #122 with 131 000 (77 000). An encore of The Cheap Seats was #99 with 155 000 (57 000). An encore of 10 News+ was #149 with 105 000 (34 000).

ABC News was #10 for the night. 730 was #7 with 1 148 000 (735 000). Grand Designs Australia was #11 with 1 068 000 (553 000). Grand Designs NZ was #19 with 681 000 (346 000). An encore of Mystery Road: Origin was #31 with 420 000 (96 000). ABC Late News was #87 with 178 000 (48 000).

  • 9News was the No. 1 program with Total People across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The combined national bulletins achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.923 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.225 million – up 7.1% year-on-year. On 9Now, it claimed a BVOD Audience of 154,000 – up a massive 69.2% on the same night last year.
  • A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot with Total People across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.452 million and a Total TV National Audience of 959,000. On 9Now, it recorded a BVOD Audience of 117,000 – up 58.1% year-on-year.
  • Tipping Point Australia was the No.1 afternoon game show across Australia. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.306 million and a Total TV National Audience of 694,000, increasing by 11.8% on the same day last year. On 9Now, its BVOD Audience was 85,000 – up an impressive 88.9% year-on-year.
  • RBT secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.430 million and won its timeslot with Total People in Brisbane. It secured a Total TV National Audience of 640,000, and registered a BVOD Audience of 79,000 on Thursday.
  • Emergency secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.143 million, a Total TV National Audience of 514,000, and registered a BVOD Audience of 51,000.
  • Today was the breakfast program of choice with Total People in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 751,000, a Total TV National Audience of 307,000. On 9Now it recorded a BVOD audience of 51,000 –  up 34.2% year-on-year.
  • The 9Network was the No.1 network on Thursday across the 5 City Metro with Total People and all key demos. 

SEVEN

Seven on top in 25 to 54s, Home and Away wins entertainment

  • Seven #1 nationally in 25 to 54s
  • 7plus: #1 in streaming, soars 63% year-on-year
  • 7NEWS: reaches 1.89 million
