TOTAL TV
The Block was #1 overall in the Total TV report for last Sunday recording an audience of 1, 811 000 viewers, up 24%. This massive result had a flow on benefit to 60 Minutes, which had a total audience of 1, 204 000 viewers, up 16% to land at #3. Earlier in the evening, Nine News Sunday sat at 1, 167 000, up 4%/ Nine News Late was up 5% to 516 000. The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 match between India and Pakistan was watched by 378 000, up 9%. Earlier in the day, Weekend Today rose 6% to 270 000 and Nine News: First at Five was watched by 339 000, up 3%.
Seven News Sunday was best for Seven and #2 overall for the night at 1, 380 000, up 3%. Australia’s Got Talent was #5 overall for the night at 892 000, up 15%. A special presentation, The Disappearance of Grace Millane was watched by 481 000, up 13%. Earlier in the day, Weekend Sunrise was up 4% to 370 000 viewers. The early component of Weekend Sunrise was up 3% to 253 000. Seven News at 5 had a 2% uplift for 297 000 viewers.
10’s best last Sunday was The Traitors which sat at #14 for the night with 398 000, up 33%. 10 News First had 363 000 viewers, up 2%, whilst 10 News First 6pm, had 263 000, an uplift of 2%. The Sunday Project 6:30pm had 300 000, up 3%, whilst the 7pm half hour had 345 000, up 4%.
ABC News Sunday was best for the ABC at 635 000 viewers, up 4%. The special presentation of Inside the Sydney Opera House was watched by 539 000, up 9%/ The ABC drama Significant Others had an impressive uplift of 49% for a total audience of 537 000. Silent Witness was also up 49% to 400 000 viewers. Other results for the ABC included Insiders on a healthy 532 000, up 18%, Landline up 9% to 422 000, Offsiders rose 7% to 241 000, Antiques Roadshow up 7% to 238 000, ABC News at Noon up 3% to 234 000 and Weekend Breakfast up 5% to 229 000. Even a repeat of Gardening Australia made the top 30 at 229 000, up 2%.
SBS World News rose 4% to 251 000.

Analysis
The Block ruled the roost with 975 000 viewers, making it the #1 overall program for the night. Nine News Sunday had 774 000, with a 28 000 viewer lead in Sydney. 60 Minutes was on 515 000 and won its slot. Nine News Late was watched by 266 000 viewers. The First 48 had 111 000.
Seven News was #2 for the night with wins in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Australia’s Got Talent was on 518 000 to be the #4 show of the night. Prince Andrew: Banished was watched by 293 000 viewers. Born to Kill had 109 000 viewers. Earlier in the day, the Gold Coast Supercars Championship was watched by 270 000 viewers.
The Sunday Project 6:30pm had 179 000, but that figure rose to 236 000 at 7pm. The Traitors had 225 000 viewers and NCIS: Hawaii had an audience of 128 000.
ABC News topped the night for the ABC at 510 000. The second part of Inside the Sydney Opera House had a keen audience of 339 000. Significant Others was on 258 000, but will get another huge bump next week in Total TV and Silent Witness was on 162 000.
