Snackmasters was a winner in this demographic, placing #5 with 225 000. The movie, Top Gun was #13 (vs #22 in total people) with 113 000 viewers. A repeat of Death in Paradise was #25 for the ABC with 64 000 viewers, a long way from #8 in the total people rankings.

Seven News – Sunday was the #1 program across the 5 metro cap city markets with a clean sweep win in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth on this Christmas Day. The movie, Love Actually was at #7 with 285 000. A new episode of Dog Patrol was #8 with 285 000 as well. The Alinta Energy Christmas Pageant 2022 was #12 1ith 135 000. An encore of Woolworths Carols in the Domain was #13 with 131 000. The movie, National Lampoon’s Vacation had 87 000 viewers.
Nine News Sunday was #2 overall with no wins in any market. The traditional annual Christmas movie, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation was #5 with 311 000. The movie, National Lampoon’s Vegas Vacation was #9 with 218 000. The King’s Christmas Message was watched by 151 000 on Nine. An encore of Carols by Candelight delivered 113 000 fans.
A look back on 2022 repeat episode of The Cheap Seats aired on 10 at 8:05pm in Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth and 8:30pm in Sydney and Melbourne to 62 000 viewers. A hilarious double encore Christmas episode of Ghosts aired, with the first episode on 52 000 and the second on 46 000.
HM The King’s Christmas Message on ABC was #3 overall with 414 000. ABC News on Christmas Day was #4 with 398 000. The Royal Variety Performance 2022 was #6 with 310 000. Miss Fisher and the Crypt of Tears was #16 with 108 000.
