Sydney Harbour Cops premieres Tuesday 15 September on Channel 10 – Channel 10 is taking viewers onto one of Australia’s busiest waterways with the new factual series Sydney Harbour Cops.
The series premieres Tuesday, 15 September at 7.30pm on Channel 10. It follows the NSW Police Force Marine Area Command as officers work across Sydney Harbour and the NSW coastline.
For Channel 10, the series adds another Australian factual title built around real access and a familiar location. However, the release makes clear that the harbour is more than a postcard view. It is also a busy working zone where police calls can change quickly.

Sydney Harbour Cops follows the Water Police as they respond to emergencies, investigations and everyday pressure on the water.
The series covers drug smuggling, dramatic rescues, complex cases and bizarre discoveries. It also follows the public events that bring thousands of boats onto Sydney Harbour.
Across the season, officers pursue drug traffickers using the NSW coastline. They also manage the Harbour on New Year’s Eve, search for sunken vehicles with sonar technology and respond to lost weapons.
Strange And Serious Cases
The release also points to unusual moments on the job. These include the discovery of a World War II grenade and a rescue involving Taronga Zoo and sea turtles.
Network 10 describes the series as character-led. It is built on access to the officers charged with keeping Sydney Harbour and the NSW coastline safe.
