The role continues Leong’s association with Australian food and lifestyle television, while giving her a format that extends well beyond cooking. Each episode will move between several areas of everyday life rather than concentrating on one subject.

Actor, comedian and food enthusiast Gyton Grantley will search for fresh ingredients and show how they can become practical meals. His segments will combine food discovery with approachable recipes.

Financial specialist Rachel Cole will offer tips designed to help viewers strengthen their financial position. Meanwhile, DIY presenter Aimee Stanton will demonstrate renovation ideas that aim to improve a home without overwhelming the household budget.

Dr Mike Mrozinski will examine common health myths and discuss ways to support a longer, healthier life. Style expert Chyka Keebaugh will provide straightforward styling guidance, including small changes that can refresh a person’s overall look.
