Tonight | The Hunger Games: Catching Fire on SBS 2: Katniss faces the 75th Games – Katniss Everdeen’s victory proves only the beginning in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. The film has its SBS 2 channel premiere Saturday 31 October at 7:30pm and is available free on SBS On Demand.

Jennifer Lawrence returns as Katniss in the second instalment of the saga. The channel premiere gives viewers a chance to follow what happens after Katniss and Peeta survive the original Games, when their public success creates new danger.

A Victory Tour through Panem

Katniss and fellow tribute Peeta have returned home against the odds. As victors, however, they must leave their loved ones behind and travel through the districts on a Victory Tour.

During that journey, Katniss senses a rebellion growing across Panem. She suspects that she and Peeta may have helped spark it, even as the tour puts them under public scrutiny.
