For the first time, the Eiffel Tower shares the everyday life of the people who keep the Paris icon running. The three-part documentary series goes beyond the postcard view to reveal the work, care and precision behind the landmark.
Across the Tower, 620 people help keep the experience alive each day. The series follows cashiers, lift operators, mechanics, cooks, shop assistants, carpenters, electricians, maintenance crews, security agents and even mountaineers.
Through their eyes, viewers discover how the team protects the Eiffel Tower’s history while keeping it ready for thousands of visitors. The first episode follows a day at the landmark, from the Tower becoming taller to the process of opening it to the public each morning.
Viewers meet the operations manager, reception agents, the store manager and lighthouse technicians as they bring the landmark to life before another busy day begins.
