Tonight | Class Clowns on ABC: Julia Morris sets a difficult school-day test – Six comedians return to the classroom for mathematics, a pop quiz and an awkward presentation challenge. Class Clowns airs Wednesday 7 October 2026 at 8.30pm on ABC and ABC iview.
The comedy comes from asking experienced performers to handle school tasks in front of students, with Principal Julia Morris adding surprises of her own.
A second day at school
The first subject is mathematics. A pop quiz follows, before the comedians tackle a wet and wild jug puzzle.
After recess, the teams must deliver a sexual education presentation to a room of teenagers. The setting raises the pressure on performers who are used to controlling the room.
Morris slips unseen slides into one team’s presentation. They discover the additions only when they are on stage, forcing them to respond in the moment as they compete for the Class Clowns Cup.
