Recap | The Voice Australia on Channel 7 and 7plus S14E12 – Here are some of the highlights from this episode of The Voice.

Battles explainer: When the Blind Auditions are over and the Coaches have assembled their teams of 10 artists, the Battles begin. In this round, artists from each team face off in pairs. This season sees 20 Battles – five per Coach team – with only one winner emerging from each. In a dramatic twist, each Coach also has the power to save one additional artist – from their own team or another – who would otherwise be eliminated.

**Melanie tries to save Gemma despite no saves left citing Ronan’s broken the rules and it’s her turn now to break the rules. Following which, the remaining three Coaches also press ‘SAVE’ for Gemma.

**Gemma chooses Team Melanie C again. Melanie is going into Knockouts with one extra artist (seven in total).
