CLARISSA + JOHANNA – SALMON & AVOCADO GRAIN SALAD
With all the chocolate and hot cross buns around, it’s easy to over-indulge at Easter time. So, this week, Clarissa’s sharing a healthy and delicious dish to help restore the balance. She’s making a brown rice and quinoa salad with loads of yummy ingredients, like salmon, sultanas, sunflower seeds, cashews and avocados. Topped in a zesty lemon, soy sauce and mirin dressing, healthy has never tasted so good.
ADAM – SHELF OR DRAWER? PULL OUT SHELF
Why is the item you need always at the very back of the shelf? If you’re tired of putting your back out, Adam’s got the perfect solution. He’s showing you how to add draw runners to your existing shelves, so they slide in and out easily and you can reach everything hidden at the back. Is it a shelf? Is it a drawer? No one knows, but it sure solves a common problem!

GRAHAM – FIELDS OF FLOWERS (JONIMA FLOWERS WALKAROUND)
This week, Graham’s heading to the picturesque Southern Highlands of NSW to visit a flower farm where the blooms aren’t just beautiful; they’re the foundation of a family business that’s been thriving for over three generations. For more than twenty years, the Padovano family has poured their love, sweat and tears into Jonima Flower Farm, which produces over 100 varieties of blooms, all grown in harmony with the seasons. Graham’s here to explore the fields and to meet the amazing family behind the business.
COLIN – LAMB SHAKSHUKA
Shakshuka, or middle eastern baked eggs, is one of those dishes that works for breakfast, lunch and dinner…and once you’ve tried Colin’s version, you’ll be eating it on repeat. He’s adding some spiced lamb meatballs, which are simmered in a sage and tomato sauce alongside freshly cracked eggs. Served with sourdough, mint and lemon, this is guaranteed to become a staple in your cooking repertoire.
ADAM – NAUGHTS & CROSSES
Put down your phones and turn off your computer screens, because Adam’s got a great game that will get everyone offline and embracing life without Wi-Fi. Naughts and crosses is a classic for a reason, and it’s a great way to get the whole family interacting with each other and having a good time. This week, Adam’s showing you how to make your own set using dressed pine and the finished result is so beautiful, it can be used as a styling piece, too.
JULIET – DOLL’S HOUSE PICNIC BASKET
Most young kids would love a doll’s house to play with, but if you don’t have the space or the money for one, Juliet’s got just the project. She’s showing you how to turn a picnic basket into the ultimate doll’s house, complete with different set-ups for a bedroom, kitchen and even a backyard. Best of all, it’s made with everyday objects you probably already have on hand, and it can be packed away once playtime is over.
DR HARRY – CAT SCRATCHER
If you own a pet cat, you’ve probably suffered a few casualties at home…furniture casualties, that is! Cat’s love to scratch and if you’re not careful, this behaviour can become very destructive. So why do cats love to scratch so much? And how can you stop them from ruining your furniture? Dr Harry’s on the case.
