Seven News was #1 for the night with a reach lead of 209 000 and an average audience lead of 124 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #6 with 1 362 000 (831 000). Farmer Wants a Wife was #3 with 1 639 000 (858 000). First Dates UK was #15 with 902 000 (352 000). A repeat of Ed Sheeran v Adele was #44 with 364 000 (130 000).

9News was #2 for the night. A Current Affair was #4 with 1 536 000 ( 1 022 000). Lego Masters was #5 with 1 528 000 (669 000). Clarkson’s Farm was #14 with 943 000 (344 000). Opal Hunters: Red Dirt Road Trip was #25 with 602 000 (186 000).

The Project was #18 with 843 000 (338 000). I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here was #9 with 1 266 000 (639 000). A new episode of NCIS was #17 with 867 000 (275 000). A repeat of NCIS was #41 with 384 000 (129 000).

ABC News was #11 for the night. 730 was #10 with 1 189 000 (744 000). Miriam Margolyes Impossibly Australian was #13 with 965 000 (513 000). Creative Types with Virginia Trioli was #29 with 529 000 (272 000). Shakespeare Rise of a Genius was #43 with 380 000 (176 000).

  • 9News was the No.1 news service and program across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Tuesday’s combined bulletins recorded a Total TV National Average Audience of 1.219 million and a BVOD Average Audience of 82,000 – an increase of 70.8% year-on-year. 9News attracted 56,000 more viewers than its nearest competitor in Sydney, 50,000 more viewers than its nearest competitor in Melbourne and 24,000 ahead of its nearest competitor in Brisbane. 
     
  • A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot across Australia and the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.536 million and a Total TV National Average Audience of 1.022 million. Its BVOD audience was 68,000 – up a massive 58.1% on the same night last year.
      
  • Tipping Point was the preferred afternoon game show across Australia and the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.302 million and a Total TV National Average Audience of 677,000, representing a huge 56.0% timeslot lift when compared to the corresponding day last year. 
     
  • LEGO Masters was the preferred primetime program in Sydney. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.528 million and a Total TV National Average Audience of 669,000. Its BVOD audience was 46,000 – an increase of 12.2% when compared to episode 3, 2023.
     
  • Today was the breakfast program of choice across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 889,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 365,000. It recorded a BVOD audience of 37,000 – an increase of 68.2% year-on-year. 
     
  • Today Extra was the preferred morning program across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 381,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 180,000
     

The 9Network was the No.1 network across the 5 City Metro on Tuesday with People 25-54 and People 16-39.
