Seven News was #3 for the night with a reach loss of 69 000 and an average audience lead of 111 000 over 9News. The season final of The 1% Club was #5 with 1 727 000 (853 000). The premiere special, Carl Barron: Skating Rink for Flies was #6 with 1 461 000 (418 000). A repeat of Code 1: Minute by Minute was #33with 436 000 (170 000)

Nine

9News was #2 for the night. Married at First Sight (MAFS) was #1 with 2 910 000 (1 706 000). 60 Minutes was #4 with 2 112 000 (734 000). 9News Late was #29 with 505 000 (268 000).

The Sunday Project was #17 with 779 000 (293 000). I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! was #10 with 1 140 000 (564 000). A new episode of FBI was #18 with 701 000 (204 000).

ABC

ABC News was #8 for the night. Death in Paradise was #7 with 1 296 000 (789 000). Vera was #9 with 1 193 000 (876 000).

  • Married at First Sight recorded a National Total TV Reach of 2.910 million – 1.183 million viewers ahead of its nearest competitor.
  • Married at First Sight achieved a Total TV National Audience of 1.706 million – 853,000 viewers ahead of its nearest competitor. 
  • Married at First Sight was a dominant timeslot winner across the country, ranking the No.1 program with People 25-54, 16-39 and Total People across Australia and in all metro capitals.
  • Married at First Sight recorded a massive BVOD audience of 364,000 – up 23.8% on the year-on-year.
  • 9News recorded a  National Total TV Reach of 2.291 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.218 million. It was the No.1 news bulletin with Total People in Sydney (34,000 viewers ahead of its nearest competitor) & Melbourne (64,000 viewers ahead of its nearest competitor). Its national BVOD audience was 94,000 – up 129.3% year-on-year and more than double its nearest timeslot competitor.
  • Sunday Afternoon NRL Live secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.053 million and a Total TV National Audience of 439,000, easily winning its timeslot in Sydney and Brisbane. Its BVOD audience of 41,000 was up 57.7% on the same day last year. 
  • 60 Minutes achieved a Total TV National Audience of 734,000 (up 2.8% on the same night last year) and a BVOD audience of 88,000 – up 183.9% year-on-year.
  • The 9Network was No. 1 on broadcast TV across the 5 City Metro with all key demos and Total People.

9Now was also the comprehensive No. 1 CFTA BVOD service with all key demos and Total People securing a 59.41% share with People 16-39.

The Viper Room Hypnotises 1.14 Million.

Last night, Skye Wheatley conquered The Viper Room after being buried with a record-breaking number of snakes (over 200).

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! (Sunday, 7 April):

  • 1.14 million total national viewers reached.
  • Up 15% week-on-week.
  • Up 42% in 16 to 39s week-on-week, 24% in 25 to 54s and 22% in under 50s.
  • #2 in its timeslot in 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.

Channel 10 was up 20% week-on-week, Network 10 was up 11%.

Last week, with 7-day viewing, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! (Sunday, 31 March) reached 1.38 million total national viewers and was the #2 show in 16 to 39s.

Week 14, 2024 (Sunday, 31 March to Saturday, 6 April):

  • 10 Play achieved its biggest ever month, in March.
  • I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is reaching 6.4 million viewers season to-date.
  • Gogglebox is reaching 4.5 million viewers season to-date.
