Seven News was #1 for the night with a reach lead of 35 000 and an average audience lead of 17 000 over 9News. The launch episode of Farmer Wants a Wife was #4 with 2 060 000 (1 015 000). 7NEWS Spotlight was #10 with 1 240 000 (548 000). The Latest: Seven News was #32 with 553 000 (301 000). A repeat of Code 1: Minute by Minute was #41 with 443 000 (168 000).

Nine

9News was #2 for the night. Lego Masters was #3 with 2 200 000 (874 000). 60 Minutes was #6 with 1 396 000 (605 000). 9News Late was #36 with 521 000 (313 000).

The Sunday Project was #16 with 972 000 (359 000). I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here was #8 with 1 271 000 (650 000). FBI was #21 with 795 000 (284 000).

ABC

ABC News was #9 for the night. Call the Midwife was #7 with 1 341 000 (627 000). A new episode of Vera was #11 with 1 225 000 (864 000).

Bluey: The Sign was #5 with 1 917 000 (2 288 000).

  • Lego Masters: Australia vs Rest of the World Launch recorded a National Total TV Reach of 2.200 million and achieved a Total TV National Audience of 874,000 viewers – up 15.8% year-on-year.
  • Lego Masters: Australia vs Rest of the World Launch was a timeslot winner in Melbourne and Brisbane with Total People.
  • Lego Masters: Australia vs Rest of the World Launch recorded a BVOD audience of 55,000 – up 32.2% on the year-on-year.
  • 9News recorded a National Total TV Reach of 2.313 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.328 million. It was the No.1 news bulletin with Total People in Sydney (73,000 viewers ahead of its nearest competitor) & Melbourne (99,000 viewers ahead of its nearest competitor). Its national BVOD audience was 90,000 – up 65.7% year-on-year.
  • Sunday Afternoon NRL Live secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.171 million and a Total TV National Audience of 460,000, easily winning its timeslot in Sydney and Brisbane. Its BVOD audience of 41,000 was up 15.5% on the same day last year. 
  • 60 Minutes achieved a Total TV National Audience of 605,000 (up 18.3% on the same night last year) and a BVOD audience of 40,000 – up 62.6% year-on-year.
  • The 9Network was No. 1 on Sunday across the 5 City Metro with Total People, People 25-54 and People 16-39.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Leaps To 1.27 Million.

Last night was a jam-packed episode of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here that saw Frankie Muniz and Michelle Bridges depart the jungle (see media release attached). Plus, Khanh Ong leapt to great heights on the stinking ship challenge bringing home 10 stars for the hungry celebrities still in camp.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!:

  • 1.27 million total national viewers reached.
  • Up 14% week-on-week.
  • Up 7% week-on-week in 25 to 54s and 5% in under 50s.
  • Live stream viewers up 49% on the same episode last yar.
  • #2 in its timeslot in key demos of under 50s, 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.

There were other week-on-week lifts for the network and across last night’s schedule with:

  • Channel 10 up 23%.
  • Network 10 up 17%.
  • 10 News First up 25%.
  • The Sunday Project was up 21%.

Last week, with 7-day viewing, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! (Sunday, 7 April) reached 1.39 million total national viewers and was the #2 entertainment show in 16 to 39s.

Week 15, 2024 (Sunday, 7 April March to Saturday, 13 April):

  • 10 Play was up 45% year-on-year and had its second-biggest week ever (again!).
  • 10 Play reached 1.2 million Australians.
  • I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is up 5% year-on-year with total national 7-day audience of 871,000.
  • Deal Or No Deal is lifting 10s timeslot by 29% year-on-year since launch.
