The Devil’s Mouth Trailer Sends Prime Video Viewers Into Survival Horror – The Devil’s Mouth has released its official trailer and teaser poster, offering a first look at Prime Video’s new horror thriller set inside a deadly coastal cave system.
The Devil’s Mouth premieres globally Wednesday, July 29, 2026 on Prime Video.
The film blends suspense, underwater thrills and emotional character drama. It also brings together a rising young adult ensemble cast, led by Kathryn Newton, Lana Condor, Nico Hiraga, Gavin Casalegno and Tommi Rose.
Set against the backdrop of Thailand’s coastal caves, the film turns a natural wonder into a claustrophobic fight for survival. What begins as a final adventure between friends quickly becomes something far more dangerous.
A final adventure turns deadly
The story follows five friends who set out for one last thrill along Thailand’s coast before life in the real world begins.
They join a guided swim through a remote cave system known as The Devil’s Mouth. At first, the cave is breathtaking. However, deep inside the narrow waterways, their journey takes a terrifying turn.
A freak storm has flooded the caves with sea life. The creatures died in the fresh water, but something else survived.
Now, the group is trapped in the dark. Every corridor brings more panic. Every wrong turn could be fatal. As fear takes over, the friends begin to fracture.
Trust erodes, survival instincts rise and the group is forced to confront the cost of making it out alive.

Prime Video has released the official trailer, teaser poster and new first look stills for the film.
The cast also appeared at Prime Video’s Obsessed Fest in Los Angeles across the weekend, where The Devil’s Mouth was part of the streamer’s broader young adult slate celebration.
The film is directed by Jeff Wadlow. The screenplay is written by Aja Gabel and Myung Joh Wesner.
It is produced by Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee and Jeff Wadlow, with Carsten H. W. Lorenz, Will Flynn and Sam Greenberg serving as executive producers.
The cast also includes Tayme Thapthimthong.
With a 105-minute runtime, The Devil’s Mouth is positioned as a summer survival thriller with horror, suspense and adventure elements.
