Prime Video debuts The Terminal List season two teaser trailer – Prime Video has released the first teaser trailer and key art for The Terminal List season two, with all eight episodes set to premiere on Wednesday, 21 October 2026.
Chris Pratt returns as Navy SEAL Commander James Reece. The new season moves the series from the revenge story of season one into a wider espionage thriller based on Jack Carr’s second novel, True Believer.
For Australian Prime Video viewers, this is a major action-franchise return for the back half of 2026. The full season will arrive at once, giving fans the complete new chapter from launch day.
What Season Two Is About
The Terminal List follows Reece as he battles forces that threaten the world order. Season two finds him searching for a new purpose after completing his list.
That search pulls him into a conspiracy that stretches from Moscow to Langley. It also links back to his own family history.
The action expands across the Indian Ocean, Southern and Northern Africa, the Middle East and Europe. It gives the series a broader global canvas while keeping Reece at the centre.
Returning And New Cast
Pratt returns alongside Tom Hopper as Raife Hastings, Constance Wu as Katie Buranek, Dar Salim as Mohammed Farooq and Luke Hemsworth as Jules Landry.
Gabriel Luna joins the season as Freddy Strain. The expanded cast also includes Costa Ronin, Olga Kurylenko, Yul Vazquez, Martin Sensmeier, Arnold Vosloo, Jeremy Bobb and Shiraz Tzarfati.
Behind The Series
The season is executive produced by Pratt through Indivisible Productions, writer and showrunner David DiGilio, author Jack Carr, Antoine Fuqua and Kat Samick through Fuqua Films.
Former Army Ranger Max Adams and former Navy SEAL Jared Shaw also executive produce. Prime Video says military veterans contribute as writers, actors, advisers and directors, including former Navy SEAL Ray Mendoza.
The Terminal List is produced by Amazon MGM Studios, MRC and Civic Center Media. Prime Video says the franchise has reached more than 100 million viewers worldwide to date.
