Drawn Together on Prime Video – Prime Video has released the official trailer for Drawn Together, its upcoming international original romantic thriller.
The film stars Ester Expósito and Hugo Diego García and will launch exclusively on Prime Video on 9 September in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
For Australian Prime Video viewers, Drawn Together adds another international romance thriller to the platform’s growing slate of book-to-screen adaptations. The film is based on the first part of Mercedes Ron’s Enfrentados duology, following Prime Video’s earlier work with Ron on the Culpables trilogy and Tell Me Softly.

Drawn Together follows Marfil Cortés, the daughter of a Spanish business tycoon, whose perfect New York life is shattered when she is suddenly kidnapped and mysteriously released.
After the ordeal, her father assigns the enigmatic Sebastian Moore as her bodyguard. Marfil’s fierce independence and Sebastian’s professional distance begin to shift as they are drawn to each other.
As the story moves back to Spain and new threats emerge, the pair must navigate a world where nothing and no one is what they seem.
Cast and creative team
Ester Expósito stars as Marfil, with Hugo Diego García starring opposite her as Sebastian Moore.
The cast also includes Eric Masip as Iván, Pablo Molinero as Alejandro, Zoe Bonafonte as Gabriela, Lluís Homar as Logan and Joaquín Ferreira as Ray.
Drawn Together and Drawn Apart are produced by Pokeepsie Films, part of Banijay Iberia. Álex de la Iglesia and Carolina Bang serve as producers, with Óscar Pedraza directing and Sofía Cuenca writing the screenplay.
Prime Video continues Mercedes Ron partnership
The film marks the latest stage of collaboration between Prime Video and bestselling author Mercedes Ron.
Prime Video previously adapted Ron’s Culpables trilogy and Tell Me Softly. Drawn Together is the first part of the Enfrentados duology, with Drawn Apart also part of the screen adaptation.
Drawn Together will stream exclusively on Prime Video from 9 September.
