Netflix Australia programming highlights: week commencing 14 September – Netflix’s next week of releases ranges from true-crime drama and animated family viewing to a major run of superhero movies, with new original titles sitting alongside familiar favourites.
The headline release is Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story, arriving Thursday 17 September. The new instalment revisits the notorious 1892 killings and stars Ella Beatty, Vicky Krieps, Charlie Hunnam, Rebecca Hall and Sarah Paulson.

New titles this week
Family viewers can catch Barbie in the Nutcracker and Gabby’s Dollhouse: Season 14 from Monday 14 September. Tuesday brings Crazy Rich Asians, Sentimental Value and Spotlight.
Netflix also launches Stranger Things: Tales From ’85: Season 2 on Thursday. On Friday, Best of the Best follows two childhood friends as they take on a competitive Bollywood-fusion dance team.
Saturday’s movie line-up includes Justice League, Superman and Wonder Woman, before Ted and Ted 2 arrive on Sunday. WWE programming continues live throughout the week.
