The Lost Bus on Apple TV+ trailer – Today Apple Original Films unveiled the trailer and key art for its highly anticipated new feature, “The Lost Bus.”
The thriller will celebrate its World Premiere as a Special Presentation at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival. Directed by Academy Award-nominee Paul Greengrass and inspired by real events, “The Lost Bus” is a white-knuckle ride through one of America’s deadliest wildfires, as a wayward school bus driver (Academy Award-winner Matthew McConaughey) and a dedicated school teacher (Emmy, SAG and Golden Globe Award-winner America Ferrera) battle to save 22 children from the terrifying inferno.
“The Lost Bus” will premiere on Apple TV+ Friday, 3 October.
Written by Greengrass and Brad Inglesby, who also serve as producers, “The Lost Bus” is produced by Gregory Goodman, Jason Blum for Blumhouse Productions, and Jamie Lee Curtis for Comet Pictures.
The film is executive produced by Amy Lord and Lizzie Johnson, author of “’Paradise: One Town’s Struggle to Survive an American Wildfire.” In addition to Matthew McConaughey, America Ferrera, Yul Vazquez, Ashlie Atkinson and Spencer Watson also star in the film.
