Stan celebrates TV Week Logie Award nominations

Stan celebrates TV Week Logie Award nominations – Stan, Australia’s unrivalled home of original productions, today received nine nominations for the 63rd TV WEEK Logie Awards, with the Stan Original Series RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under Season 2 runner-up Kween Kong celebrating her nomination for the Graham Kennedy Award for Most Popular New Talent at the TV WEEK Logies nominations event, held in Sydney this morning.

The Stan Original Series Black Snow has been nominated for the highly coveted Most Outstanding Drama Series, Miniseries, or Telemovie, Black Snow has also been honoured with a Most Outstanding Supporting Actor nomination for Alexander England. Created by Lucas Taylor, Black Snow is a thrilling crime drama set in North Queensland starring Travis Fimmel and Talijah Blackman-Corowa, from production company Goalpost Television.

Black Snow has been nominated for Most Outstanding Drama Series, Miniseries or Telemovie.

The Stan Original Series Bump co-creator and producer Claudia Karvan has been nominated for Most Outstanding Actress for her performance in the acclaimed drama. Produced by Roadshow Rough Diamond and its founders Dan and John Edwards, Bump Seasons 1, 2 and 3 are now streaming only on Stan.

The Stan Original Series Bali 2002 has also been recognised with a Most Outstanding Actress nomination for Claudia Jessie and Most Outstanding Actor for Richard Roxburgh.

Developed in consultation with those directly impacted by the tragedy, Bali 2002 marks the first original drama series co-commissioned by the 9Network and Stan. Produced by Screentime and Endemol Shine Australia.

Yerin Ha has been honoured with a Most Outstanding Supporting Actress nomination for her performance in the Stan Original Series Bad Behaviour. Based on the acclaimed book by Australian writer Rebecca Starford, Bad Behaviour is produced by Matchbox Pictures, directed by Corrie Chen and written by Pip Karmel and Magda Wozniak.

The Stan Original Documentary Series Revealed: Trafficked has been nominated for Most Outstanding Factual or Documentary Program nomination. An investigative documentary led by 14-time Walkley Award-winner Nick McKenzie, Revealed: Trafficked is directed and produced by the award-winning documentary filmmaker Sascha Ettinger-Epstein
