NRL on Channel 9 round 7 fixture – Get ready for a free Easter feast of footy when NRL on Nine unwraps four games, including a Good Friday double-header, live and free on Channel 9 and 9Now.
Kicking off with Thursday Night Footy on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, the Manly Sea Eagles host the St George Illawarra Dragons from 7.30pm AEST. In pregame coverage we chat to Red V captain Clint Gutherson, on his return to the ground where it all began for the Manly junior – 4 Pines Park, Brookvale.
Manly skipper Daly Cherry-Evans drops in before he aims to get his team back inside the winners circle with the boisterous Brookvale faithful behind them. In the post match Sammy Thaiday visits the home of NRLW and Queensland State of Origin superstar Tamika Upton in a fresh edition of Their House.
The Bulldogs and Bunnies will hop straight into a double-header of games from 3.00pm AEST live from the Sydney Royal Easter Show on Good Friday Footy in front of 70,000 fans.
Making his return from injury, Bulldogs playmaker Matt Burton and coach Cameron Ciraldo chat to the panel, while the kids get a treat from The Wiggles, when the yellow wiggle, Tsehay, shares her proud connection to the club. And keep an eye out for Brad Fittler when he goes on the hunt for his elusive handshake from supercoach Wayne Bennett before the game.
Straight after, the Storm are looking ominous once again as they get ready to attack Friday Night Footy against the Dolphins at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane from 7.30pm.
Reigning Dally M Medal winner Jahrome Hughes appears as we dive into the numbers behind how he’s become Storm’s most important player. With State of Origin lurking we look at the players who are pressing their case for a start with the Blues and Maroons in 2025.
On Sunday the Knights are keen to make amends at home in Newcastle after three consecutive losses in Sunday Arvo Footy against the Sharks from 3.00pm.
The eighth Immortal and Knights premiership legend Andrew Johns offers his thoughts on how they can fix their attacking woes ahead of kick off. Sharks coach Craig Fitzgibbon and flying fullback Will Kennedy chat to NRL on Nine before they attempt to climb back into the top 8.
