Travis Head declares summer starts now with Kayo Sports cricket calendar – The Summer of the Century cricket calendar has arrived as Travis Head teams with Kayo Sports for a surprise seven-month guide to the 2026-27 summer.
The release is more than a playful calendar shoot. It is also a useful reminder that the Australian cricket summer no longer waits for December, with men’s and women’s internationals, the WBBL, the BBL and major Test series stretching across September 2026 to March 2027.
Kayo Sports, a DAZN company, says the calendar covers every Australian and international fixture across the period, plus every BBL and WBBL game broadcast on Kayo Sports. The campaign positions Head across a run of themed calendar shots, from puppies and beach rescue to mechanic overalls and an English rose.
Head said the calendar was a way to have some fun with a long cricket season, adding that the public would enjoy the nods to each opposition across the shoot.

Calendar at a glance
The headline calendar includes:
- South Africa v Australia men’s cricket – three ODIs in September and three Tests in October.
- Australia v England men’s cricket – three ODIs in November, followed by five T20 internationals across November and December.
- Australia v New Zealand men’s cricket – four Tests across December and January.
- BBL|16 – running across December and January.
- India v Australia men’s cricket – five Tests across January, February and March.
- 150th Anniversary Test – Australia v England at the MCG in March.
- Australia v Bangladesh women’s cricket – three ODIs in October.
- Australia v New Zealand women’s cricket – three T20 internationals in October and three ODIs in March.
- WBBL|12 – running across October, November and December.
- South Africa v Australia women’s cricket – a multi-format series across March and April.
