NBA on ESPN – The NBA Eastern Conference Finals heads to Game Seven as the Boston Celtics seek to make NBA history by being the first team ever to prevail after being down 0-3 in a Conference Finals when they meet the Miami Heat LIVE Tuesday on ESPN.
Game Seven between the Celtics and Heat begins at 10:30am AEST, Tuesday – LIVE on ESPN.
The Heat looked destined to secure a spot in the NBA finals after leading the series 3-0 going into Game Four.
However, Boston denied Miami a clean sweep and have won the next three playoff games to lock the Eastern Conference Finals at 3-3, setting up the deciding game on Tuesday AEST.
Boston would write a significant chapter in NBA records with victory in Game Seven.
Only three of 150 teams have forced a deciding seventh game after trailing 0-3. No team in NBA history has ever won a series after trailing 0-3.
The Celtics secured Sunday’s Game Six , with a thrilling 104-103 win. Jayson Tatum again led the way for Boston with 31 points.
The Heat’s main man Jimmy Butler almost secured the series in Game Six, and Miami will again look to their main charge on Tuesday AEST.
Awaiting the winner in the NBA Finals are the Denver Nuggets, who claimed the Western Conference Finals 4-0 over the Los Angeles Lakers.
The NBA Finals begin Friday June 2, with Game One live on ESPN at 10.30am AEST.
