Seven News was #1 for the night with a reach lead of 186 000 and an average audience lead of 169 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #9 with 1 159 000 (768 000). Australian Idol – Wednesday was #5 with 1 588 000 (816 000). Below Deck Down Under was #17 with 807 000 (296 000).

9News was #3 for the night. A Current Affair was #4 with 1 1 631 000 (1 073 000). Married at First Sight (MAFS) – Wednesday was #1 with 2 476 000 (1 312 000). Under Investigation with Liz Hayes was #6 with 1 401 000 (518 000). 9News Late was #24 with 627 000 (334 000).

- Married at First Sight was Wednesday’s No.1 program across Australia and across 5 City Metro, Sydney and Melbourne with Total People. It was the No. 1 program with People 25-54 in all metro capitals.
- Married at First Sight continued its unassailable timeslot dominance across the country with a National Total TV Reach of 2.476 million (a lucky 888,000 viewers ahead of its nearest competitor) and a Total TV National Audience of 1.312 million.
- Married at First Sight recorded a BVOD audience of 278,000 on 9Now – up 22% on the corresponding episode last year. The first four episodes currently all have BVOD audiences in excess of 600,000.
- Under Investigation returned with a Total TV National Audience of 518,000, including a BVOD audience of 61,000 – up 32% year-on-year.
- Tipping Point was the afternoon game show of choice across the 5 City and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.130 million and a Total TV National Audience of 578,000, representing a 55% timeslot lift when compared to the corresponding day last year. In Melbourne, the timeslot lift was a hefty 70% year-on-year.
- 9News was the No.1 news service with Total People in Sydney and Melbourne. Melbourne’s revamped bulletin with Alicia Loxley & Tom Steinfort continues to resonate strongly with viewers as last night’s broadcast was 60,000 viewers ahead of its nearest timeslot competitor.
- A Current Affair continues its winning start to the year as it ranked as the country’s No.1 program at 7.00pm once more. It climbed to a National Total TV Reach of 1.631 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.073 million – up 11% on the same night last year. In Melbourne, an average audience of more than a quarter of a million viewers tuned in. In Brisbane, ACA was the No. 1 program of the night with an average audience of 196,000.
- Today recorded a National Total TV Reach of 862,000 and was the No. 1 breakfast program in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
- The 9Network was No.1 across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane with all key demos and Total People. In Adelaide & Perth, the 9Network was No.1 with People 25-54 and People 16-39.

With 7-day viewing, Australian Survivor: Rebels V Titans (January 31) reached 1.39 million total national viewers (metro + regional + BVOD) with 186,000 on BVOD.
- BVOD viewers were up 4% year-on-year.
- It was #2 show in 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.
Last night, the launch of Ambulance Australia reached 826,000 total national viewers (metro + regional + BVOD) including 14,000 on BVOD. Live stream viewers lifted 40% on the same episode last season.
Also in primetime:
- 10 Bold was up 18% week-on-week and 10% in its key demo of over 40s.
- 10 Peach was the #1 multi-channel in 16 to 39s and 25 to 54s and was up 14% week-on-week and 18% in its key demo of 16 to 39s.
- Nickelodeon was up 81% week-on-week and 78% in its key demo of under 40s.
