Seven News was #2 for the night with a reach lead of 124 000 and an average audience lead of 170 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #6 with 1 369 000 (874 000). The 1% Club UK was #7 with 1 361 000 (747 000). Ludwig was #12 with 1 196 000 (536 000). A second episode of Ludwig was #21 with 692 000 (394 000). A repeat of The Suspects: True Australian Thrillers was #49 with 333 000 (131 000).

Nine

9News was #3 for the night. A Current Affair was #4 with 1 718 000 (1 073 000). Married at First Sight was #1 with 2 727 000 (1 639 000). Big Miracles was #5 with 1 643 000 (588 000). 9News Late was #27 with 598 000 (291 000). Casualty 24/7 was #44 with 381 000 (138 000).

Deal or No Deal was #33 with 477 000 (261 000). The Project was #18 with 742 000 (308 000). I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here was #11 with 1 212 000 (553 000). Elsbeth was #19 with 741 000 (246 000).

ABC News was #13 for the night. 730 was #9 with 1 291 000 (770 000). Hard Quiz was #16 with 788 000 (597 000). Optics was #28 with 598 000 (281 000). Guy Montgomery’s Guy Mont Spelling Bee (NZ) was #38 with 435 000 (194 000). Planet America was #35 with 468 000 (294 000).

  • Married at First Sight was the No. 1 program of the night across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide with Total People and all key demographics. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 2.727 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.639 million – up 23.6% year-on-year.
     
  • Married at First Sight secured a BVOD audience of 433,000 – up 48.8% on the corresponding episode last year.
     
  • 9News was the preferred news bulletin of the night with Total People across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.936 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.181 million – up 7.3% on the same night last year. On 9Now, its BVOD audience of 109,000 was up 48.8% year-on-year.
     
  • A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot with Total People across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne,  Brisbane and Adelaide. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.718 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.073 million. On 9Now, it recorded a BVOD Audience of 113,000 – up 35.9% on the same night last year.
     
  • Tipping Point Australia was the No. 1 afternoon game show with Total People across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.332 million and a Total TV National Audience of 686,000, lifting the timeslot by 18.3% year-on-year.
     
  • The premiere of Big Miracles won its timeslot across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.643 million, a Total TV National Audience of 588,000 – up 12% year-on-year and a BVOD Audience of 96,000 – up 52% on the corresponding episode last year.
     
  • Today was the breakfast program of choice with Total People across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It secured a Total TV National Audience of 350,000 and a BVOD audience of 39,000 – up 19.2% on the same morning last year.
     
  • The 9Network was the No. 1 network across the 5 City Metro with all key demos and Total People. 
  • 9Now was the No. 1 CFTA BVOD platform on Wednesday with all key demos and Total People.

It’s a blockbuster week on I’m A Celebrity, and last night’s trial made the camp explode!

Yesterday, 10 reached 3.93 million Australians across Network 10 and 10 Play, up 4% on the same day in 2024. And in prime time (6pm to 10.30pm), Network 10’s national Total TV audience was up 13% on the same day in 2024.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!:

  • Reached 1.21 million Australians.
  • Season to-date: Reaching 6.3 million Australians.
  • Lifting 10’s timeslot 50% year-on-year.
  • 7-Day Total Viewing Audience Wednesday, 29 January: Reached 1.41 million total viewers.
