Seven News was #3 for the night with a reach audience loss of 64 000 and an average audience lead of 24 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #8 with 1 357 000 (873 000). My Kitchen Rules was #5 with 1 694 000 (966 000). Off the Grid with Colin and Manu was #12 with 1 084 000 (486 000). House of Wellness was #32 with 399 000 (140 000). Chicago Fire was #132 with 125 000 (58 000).

Sunrise – Early – 552 000 (265 000)

The Chase UK – 392 000 (208 000)

Bridge of Lies – 269 000 (121 000)

Blankety Blank – 283 000 (142 000)

Seven News with Alex Cullen – 217 000 (173 000)

9News was #2 for the night. A Current Affair was #4 with 1 733 000 (1 166 000). The Block was #1 with 2 198 000 (1 217 000). Clarkson’s Farm was #6 with 1 451 000 (525 000). Freddy and the Eighth aired in Sydney and Brisbane was #47 with 287 000 (94 000). Players aired in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth and was #43 with 336 000 (68 000). 9News Late was #82 with 200 000 (107 000). A repeat of La Brea aired in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth and was #163 with 94 000 (23 000). A repeat of Damian Lewis: Spy Wars aired in Sydney and Brisbane and was #217 with 70 000 (34 000).

10 News+ was #31 for the night. Deal or No Deal was #35 with 389 000 (231 000). Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly Australia was #21 with 574 000 (232 000). The Gilded Age was #40 with 356 000 (107 000). A repeat of Elsbeth was #79 with 204 000 (70 000). 10’s Late News was #114 with 141 000 (70 000).

ABC

ABC News was #10 for the night. 730 was #9 with 1 308 000 (767 000). Hard Quiz was #14 with 895 000 (595 000). Mother and Son was #15 with 800 000 (400 000). An encore of The Assembly was #30 with 425 000 (169 000). Would I Lie to You was #52 with 280 000 (130 000). ABC Late News was #65 with 243 000 (58 000).

  • The Block was Australia’s No. 1 program with People 25-54 and 16-39. It was also a dominant timeslot winner with Total People across Australia and in all five metro capitals. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 2.198 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.217 million – up 27.0% year-on-year. It recorded a BVOD Audience of 248,000 – up a huge 78.4% year-on-year.
  • 9News was Australia’s No. 1 program with Total People. It was also the No. 1 program with Total People in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The combined bulletins achieved a National Total TV Reach of 2.080 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.307 million – up 13.7% year-on-year. On 9Now, its BVOD audience of 170,000 was up a huge 82.8% compared to the same night last year.
  • A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot across Australia and in all five metro capitals. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.733 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.166 million – up 11.0% year-on-year. On 9Now, it recorded a BVOD Audience of 145,000 – up 76.8% on the same night last year.
  • Tipping Point Australia was the No. 1 afternoon game show across Australia and in all five metro capitals with Total People. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.422 million, a Total TV National Audience of 775,000 (up 13.6% year-on-year) and a BVOD audience of 95,000 – up a massive 93.9% year-on-year.
  • Clarkson’s Farm secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.451 million, a Total TV National Audience of 525,000 and a BVOD Audience of 62,000.
  • Today was the breakfast program of choice with Total People in Brisbane. It recorded a Total TV National Reach of 713,000, a Total TV National Audience of 293,000 and a BVOD audience of 48,000 – up 41.2% on the same morning last year.
  • The 9Network was the No.1 network on Wednesday across the 5 City Metro with Total People and all key demographics.

Seven wins Wednesday – MKR grows, 7plus #1 in BVOD
