Analysis

Seven

Seven News was #1 with a clean sweep in all markets. Seven News at 6:30 was #2 with another clean sweep in all markets. Home and Away was #9 with 472 000 viewers. Cosentino: Decennium was #12 with 337 000. The Good Doctor was #33 with 150 000. A second new episode of The Good Doctor went to air after 10pm for 109 000. The Latest: Seven News was on 75 000. A late night repeat of Crime Investigation Australia: Most Infamous was on 34 000.

Nine

Nine News was #3 with no wins in any market. Nine News 6:30 was #4 with no wins in ay market either. A Current Affair (ACA) was #5 overall, but was #1 in its slot with 605 000. Lego Masters: Grand Masters was #8 with 486 000 viewers. David Attenborough’s Frozen Planet II was #17 with 254 000. Nine News Late – Tuesday was on 156 000. Chicago Med aired a new episode at 10:30pm for 61 000. Court Cam was on 36 000.

10

The Project 6:30pm was on #24 with 223 000. The Project 7pm was #16 with 286 000. The Bridge Australia was on just 109 000. A new episode of NCIS was on 113 000. A NCIS repeat was on 89 000.

Despite the low ratings for The Bridge Australia, in my opinion, 10 made the right call to air this show. To fill the schedule with repeats of The Dog House Australia and Ambulance Australia would have been a mistake. It is a shame that The Bridge could not attract more viewers.

ABC

ABC News was #6 overall, but sat behind ACA. 730 was #10 with 449 000. The season final of Great Australian Stuff was #14 with 330 000. The special, The Truth About Menopause with Myf Warhurst was #22 with 224 000. A repeat of Stuff the British Stole was on 113 000.

SBS

Barry Humphries’ final television credit was the season premiere of Who Do You Think You Are and the show was #13 for the night with 334 000 viewers.
