Seven News was #1 for the night with a reach lead of 185 000 and an average audience lead of 126 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #3 with 1 415 000 (746 000). The Front Bar was #5 with 1 349 000 (624 000). The special, Dan Muggleton: White and Wrong was #14 with 774 000 (241 000).

Nine

9News was #2 for the night. A Current Affair was #4 with 1 395 000 (940 000). A repeat of RBT was #16 with 740 000 (340 000) across 9 and 9Gem. My Room Grand Final Spectacular was #11 with 908 000 (161 000) across 9 and 9Gem. The movie, Jason Bourne was #21 with 645 000 (171 000) across 9 and 9Gem.

9News Late – 190 000 (112 000)

The Equalizer – 260 000 (98 000)

Deal or No Deal was #31 with 455 000 (264 000). The Project was #17 with 713 000 (295 000). Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly Australia was #10 with 972 000 (393 000). Gogglebox was #13 with 888 000 (516 000). An encore of The Cheap Seats was #30 with 465 000 (180 000).

ABC

ABC News was #9 for the night. 730 was #8 with 1 101 000 (644 000). Foreign Correspondent was #18 with 679 000 (412 000). An encore of Return to Paradise was #27 with 516 000 (195 000). George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces was #42 with 343 000 (151 000).

SBS

SBS World News was on 266 000 (166 000). Great Australian Walks was #34 with 432 000 (181 000). National Parks From Above was #33 with 434 000 (165 000). Paris Has Fallen was #46 with 313 000 (127 000). United Gangs of America was #48 with 300 000 (47 000).

  • 9News was the No. 1 program in Sydney and Brisbane with Total People. The combined bulletins secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.721 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.056 million. On 9Now, its BVOD audience of 87,000 was up 68.9% year-on-year.
  • A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot across the 5 City Metro with Total People and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.395 million and a Total TV National Audience of 940,000. It recorded a BVOD audience of 73,000 – up 55.3% year-on-year.
  • Tipping Point was Australia’s No.1 afternoon game show with Total People and all key demos, and dominated across 5 City Metro. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.134 million and a Total TV National Audience of 611,000, lifting the timeslot by 32.1% when compared to the same day last year.
  • RBT dominated the 7.30pm timeslot in Sydney and Brisbane with Total People. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 740,000, a Total TV National Audience of 340,000 and a BVOD audience of 31,000.
  • Today was the No.1 breakfast program with Total People in Melbourne and Brisbane. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 754,000 and a Total TV National Audience of 300,000. Its BVOD audience was 35,000 – up 34.6% on the same morning last year.

  • Gogglebox: reached 1.22 million total viewers and was the #2 entertainment show in 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.
  • Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly: reached 997,000 total viewers.

Last night Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly had its biggest audience of the season in Adelaide and Gogglebox was up 27% week-on-week.

Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly:

  • 972,000 total national viewers reached.
  • Up 42% in 16 to 39s and 6% in under 50s week-on-week.

Gogglebox:

  • 888,000 total national viewers reached.
  • Up 27% in 16 to 39s.
