Seven News was #1 for the night with a reach lead of 316 000 and an average audience lead of 220 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #18 with 719 000 (456 000) across 7 and 7two. Seven’s AFL: Thursday Night Football – Pre Match was #30 with 521 000 (234 000) across 7 and 7mate. Seven’s AFL: Thursday Night Football was #3 with 1 561 000 (443 000) across 7 and 7mate.

Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly was #19 with 714 000 (279 000) across 7 and 7mate. America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League was #29 with 545 000 (143 000) across 7 and 7mate.

Nine

9News was #2 for the night. A Current Affair was #6 with 1 390 000 (908 000). Thursday Night NRL Live – Pre Match was #13 with 941 000 (520 000) across 9 and 9Gem. Thursday Night NRL Live was #4 with 1 487 000 (644 000) across 9 and 9Gem. Thursday Night NRL Live – Post Match was #21 with 650 000 (255 000) across 9 and 9Gem.

The Project was #14 with 845 000 (341 000). I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here was #7 with 1 250 000 (619 000). Gogglebox was #10 with 1 014 000 (532 000). A repeat of Law and Order: SVU was #28 with 558 000 (231 000).

ABC News was #9 for the night. 730 was #11 with 1 006 000 (577 000). Foreign Correspondent was #25 with 593 000 (337 000). Grand Designs New Zealand was #27 with 560 000 (307 000). Antiques Roadshow was #36 with 447 000 (221 000).

  • 9News was the No. 1 news service and No. 1 program with Total People in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The combined bulletins recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.785 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.074 million – up 3.7% year-on-year. On 9Now, the bulletins registered a BVOD audience of 73,000 – up a massive 58.7% year-on-year.
  • Thursday Night NRL Live was a clear timeslot winner with Total People in Sydney and Brisbane and the No. 1 program with People 16-39 in Sydney and Brisbane. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.487 million and a Total TV National Audience of 644,000. Its BVOD audience of 70,000 was up 7.7% on the same night last year.
  • A Current Affair was the No. 1 program at 7.00pm across the 5 City and in Sydney and Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.390 million and a Total TV National Audience 908,000. Its BVOD audience was 61,000 on 9Now – up 48.8% year-on-year.
  • Tipping Point continues its dominance as Australia’s No. 1 afternoon game show, as well as winning the slot in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.246 million and a Total TV National Audience of 692,000 – lifting the timeslot by a huge 60.6% year-on-year.
  • Today recorded a National Total TV Reach of 844,000 and was the No. 1 breakfast program in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Its BVOD audience was 34,000 – up 47.8% on the same morning last year.
  • Today Extra registered a National Total TV Reach of 482,000 and was the No. 1 mornings program in Melbourne and Brisbane. Its BVOD audience was 19,000.
  • The 9Network was No. 1 on Thursday across the 5 City Metro with key demographics People 25-54.

9Now was the No. 1 CFTA BVOD service with all key demographics and Total People.

Last night, 10’s entertainment lineup had viewers hooked. I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! and Gogglebox were #1 in their timeslots.

The number of 16 to 39s increased on Channel 10 and across the Network, by 12%.

  • 1.25 million total national viewers reached.
  • #1 entertainment show in 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.
  • #1 in its timeslot.

  • Lifts 10’s timeslot 11% compared to the same episode last year.
  • 38,000 live stream viewers, up 42% on the same episode last year.

Gogglebox (Thursday, 18 April).

  • 1.01 million total national viewers reached.
  • Up 10% week-on-week.
  • Up 30% in 16 to 39s week-on-week, and 23% in 25 to 54s.
  • #2 entertainment show in 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.
  • #1 in its timeslot.
  • #1 in its timeslot in 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.
  • 25,000 live stream viewers, up 54% on the same episode last year.

Last week, with 7-day viewing, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! (Thursday, 11 April) reached 1.56 million total national viewers and was the #1 show in 25 to 54s. Gogglebox reached 1.23 million total national viewers and was the #2 entertainment show in 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.
