Seven News was #1 for the night with a reach lead of 278 000 and an average audience lead of 255 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #17 with 648 000 (415 000) across 7 and 7two. Seven’s AFL: Thursday Night Football – Pre Match was #24 with 581 000 (292 000) across 7 and 7mate. Seven’s AFL: Thursday Night Football was #2 with 1 827 000 (671 000) across 7 and 7mate. Seven’s AFL: Thursday Night Football – Post Match was #32 with 510 000 (254 000) across 7 and 7mate.

Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly was #27 with 567 000 (227 000) across 7 and 7mate. America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League was #36 with 457 000 (108 000).

Nine

9News was #3 for the night. A Current Affair was #9 with 948 000 (623 000) across 9 and 9Gem. Thursday Night NRL Live – Pre Match was #26 with 575 000 (281 000) across 9 and 9Gem. Thursday Night NRL Live was #4 with 1 528 000 (617 000) across 9 and 9Gem. Thursday Night NRL Live – Post Match was #25 with 581 000 (188 000).

The Making of the Melbourne International Flower and Garden was #30 with 518 000 (173 000). A repeat of Australia Behind Bars was #46 with 365 000 (96 000).

The Project was #16 with 682 000 (245 000). The Dog House Australia was #11 with 901 000 (346 000). Gogglebox was #12 with 863 00 (454 000). A repeat of Law and Order: SVU was #23 with 595 000 (183 000).

Football – Socceroos v Lebanon was #28 with 552 000 (224 000).

ABC News was #7 for the night. 730 was #10 with 923 000 (557 000). Foreign Correspondent was #19 with 622 000 (369 000). Grand Designs New Zealand was #22 with 595 000 (343 000). A repeat of Antiques Roadshow was #39 with 430 000 (184 000).

  • 9News recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.675 million and was the No. 1 news service in Sydney, where it was 74,000 viewers ahead of its nearest competitor. The combined bulletins recorded a Total TV National Audience of 937,000 and a BVOD audience of 63,000 (up 53.7% on the same night last year).
  • A Current Affair won its timeslot in Sydney and Melbourne. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 948,000 and a Total TV National Audience 623,000. Its BVOD audience was 41,000 on 9Now – up 34.4% year-on-year.
  • Thursday Night NRL Live was the No. 1 program in Sydney and Brisbane with People 25-54 and 16-39. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.528 million and a Total TV National Audience of 617,000. Its BVOD audience of 83,000 was up 27.1% on the same night last year.
  • Tipping Point was the No. 1 afternoon game show across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.089 million and a Total TV National Audience of 570,000. Yesterday’s national audience lifted the timeslot by 30.1% when compared to the corresponding day last year.

Today achieved a National Total TV Reach of 790,000 and was the No. 1 breakfast program in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Its BVOD audience was 31,000 – up 40.9% year-on-year.

Football Fans and Goggleboxers Tune Into Network 10.

Socceroos Viewers Grow And Gogglebox Continues To Entertain.

Viewers continue to love Australia’s favourite couch critics with Gogglebox Australia once again the #1 entertainment show in 25 to 54s last night.

  • Reached 863,000 total national viewers (metro + regional + BVOD).
  • Live stream viewers were up 32% compared to the same episode in 2023.
  • #1 in its timeslot in women.
  • #2 in its timeslot in under 50s and 25 to 54s.

The Socceroos V Lebanon match was on 10 Play and 10 Bold last night capturing 552,000 total national viewers.

  • Up 42% compared to previous Socceroos AFC matches.
  • 10 Bold was #1 multi-channel in this timeslot.
  • The match helped double 10 Bold viewers week-on-week, up 100% and 64% in its key demo of over 40s.

The Dog House Australia Ep 10 last night reached 901,000 total national viewers and was up 9% in live stream viewers compared to the same episode last year. Deal Or No Deal alsocontinues to lift 10’s timeslot up 30% week-on-week.
