Seven News was #1 for the night with a reach lead of 65 000 and an average audience lead of 108 000 over 9News. A repeat of The Force: Behind the Line was #7 with 1 108 000 (613 000). Highway Patrol was #15 with 844 000 (577 000). A second episode of Highway Patrol was #13 with 862 000 (545 000). The Front Bar was #12 with 952 000 (401 000). Ricky Ponting’s Test Match Preview was #33 with 441 000 (230 000). A repeat of the special, Jimeoin: Result was #40 with 361 000 (78 000).

Unbelievable Moments Caught on Camera (R) – 126 000 (40 000)

9News was #2 for the night. A Current Affair was #3 with 1 333 000 (871 000). The season final of RPA was #4 with 1 236 000 (640 000). Emergency was #9 with 1 019 000 (550 000). A+E After Dark was #18 with 702 000 (304 000). 9News Late was #46 with 317 000 (186 000).

  • 9News was the No.1 program of the night with Total People across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.703 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.037 million – up 12.5% on the same night last year. On 9Now, its BVOD audience of 85,000 was up 70.0% year-on-year.
  • Love Island claimed a BVOD audience of 154,000 on 9Now – up by an impressive 19.4% year-on-year.
  • Tipping Point was Australia’s No. 1 afternoon game show across the 5 City Metro with Total People, winning in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.139 million and a Total TV National Audience of 609,000, lifting the timeslot by 62.8% when compared to the same day last year.
  • A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot with Total People across Australia, the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.333 million and a Total TV National Audience of 871,000. On 9Now, it recorded a BVOD audience of 67,000.
  • RPA secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.236 million, a Total TV National Audience of 640,000 and a BVOD audience of 46,000.
  • Emergency registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.019 million and a Total TV National Audience of 550,000. On 9Now, its BVOD audience was 33,000.
  • Today was the No.1 breakfast program with Total People in Sydney and Melbourne. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 796,000 and a Total TV National Audience of 314,000. Its BVOD audience was 37,000.
  • The 9Network was the No.1 network across the 5 City Metro on Thursday with GS18+ and Total People.
  • 9Now recorded the No.1 shares on the CFTA BVOD platform on Thursday with Total People and all key demographics.
