The Voice was #2 with 2 321 000 (1 054 000). 7NEWS Spotlight was #6 with 1 276 000 (582 000). The Latest: Seven News was #28 with 543 000 (307 000). A repeat of Crime Investigation Australia: Most Infamous was #40 with 407 000 (188 000).

Nine

9News was #4 for the night. The Block was #1 with 2 413 000 (1 315 000). 60 Minutes was #5 with 1 830 000 (699 000). 9News Late was #25 with 561 000 (292 000). Footy Furnace was #48 with 345 000 (119 000).

The Sunday Project was #18 with 660 000 (232 000). The Amazing Race Australia Celebrity was #11 with 979 00 (516 000). FBI was #29 with 536 000 (232 000).

ABC

ABC News was #7 for the night. Return to Paradise was #8 with 1 058 000 (740 000). Unforgotten was #22 with 603 000 (355 000).

SBS

SBS World News was #42 with 376 000 (249 000). Sagrada Familia: Gaudi’s Challenge was #36 with 440 000 (173 000). The Ottoman Empire By Train was #45 with 362 000 (202 000). A repeat of Trains at War was #47 with 345 000 (130 000).

  • The Block was the No.1 entertainment program on Sunday night across Australia, 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with Total People and in the key demographics of People 25 to 54 and People 16 to 39. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 2.413 million, a Total TV National Audience of 1.315 million, and a BVOD audience of 192,000 – up 10.3% year-on-year.
  • 9News was the preferred news bulletin with Total People across the 5 City Metro and in Australia’s three largest markets of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The combined bulletins recorded a National Total TV Reach of 2.170 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.263 million. On 9Now, its BVOD audience of 97,000 was up 54% year-on-year.
  • 60 Minutes secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.830 million and a Total TV National Audience of 699,000. Its BVOD audience was 77,000 – up 45.3% on the same night last year.
  • NRLW Women’s Premiership recorded a National Total TV Reach of 798,000, a Total TV National Audience of 260,000 and secured a BVOD audience of 27,000.
  • The 9Network was the No.1 network on Sunday across the 5 City Metro with Total People and all key demographics.
  • 9Now was the No.1 CFTA BVOD platform across Australia with Total People and all key demographics.

Seven takes Sunday, The Voice grows, 7NEWS #1 news, 7plus up 39%

The Amazing Race: Celebrity Edition BVOD Viewers Up 28% vs 2023.

Last night, the seventh leg of The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition ended in heartbreak when Matildas teammates Chloe and Emily were the next team to eliminated. It was a case of the left behind bumbag that cost them a lot of time and put them right at the back of the pack. See attached media release for full episode recap.

The Amazing Race: Celebrity Edition:

  • 979,000 total national viewers reached.
  • Up 2% week-on-week.
  • Lifted 10’s timeslot by 89% year-on-year.
  • Live stream viewers, up 10% on the same episode last year.
  • Series: Biggest BVOD audience ever (151,000) up 28% on 2023.

Other highlights:

  • 10 News First: Up 16% week-on-week and 11% year-on-year.
  • The Project: Up 10% week-on-week.
  • Network 10: Up 9% in 16 to 39s.

7-day Total Viewing Audience (Sunday 22 September)

  • The Amazing Race: Celebrity Edition reached 1.36 million total viewers.

Week 39 (22-28 September):

  • 10 Play grew 37% year-on-year last week and is up 36% across the year to date.
  • The Amazing Race: Celebrity Edition is up 8% on 2023 with an average total national audience of 847,000 and is having its biggest ever BVOD audiences up 28% on 2023.
  • Have You Been Paying Attention? is averaging a total national audience of 975,000 with its biggest ever BVOD audiences up 22% on 2023.
  • Taskmaster season 3 returned on Tuesday with a national reach of 896,000 and 23% timeslot growth vs 2023.
  • 10 News First weekdays keeps growing up 4% year-on-year since July.
