  • The Summit launched with a National Total TV Reach of 1.562 million and a Total TV National Audience of 583,000. Its BVOD audience of 47,000 was up a significant 20.5% on the same episode last year. 
     
  • 9News Sunday was the No.1 program of the night across the 5 City Metro with People 25-54 and People 16-39 and in Sydney and Melbourne with Total People. Sydney’s bulletin attracted 41,000 viewers ahead of its nearest competitor. 
     
  • 9News Sunday achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.970 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.155 million – up 3.6% on the same night last year. Its BVOD audience of 65,000 was up 32.7% year-on-year.
     
  • Sunday Afternoon NRL Live dominated afternoon viewing in Sydney and Brisbane. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.156 million and a Total TV National Audience of 449,000. Its BVOD audience of 30,000 was up 7.1% on the same day last year.
     
  • 60 Minutes secured a comfortable timeslot win in Melbourne and Brisbane. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.137 million, a Total TV National Audience of 477,000 and a BVOD audience of 29,000.
     
  • Weekend Today was the preferred morning program in Sydney and Melbourne. It attracted a National Total TV Reach of 787,000 and a Total TV National Audience of 304,000. Its BVOD audience of 23,000 was a massive 43.8% up year-on-year. 
     

The 9Network was the winning network on Sunday night with People 25-54.

MasterChef Australia 2024 Is Achieving Its Biggest Ever Audiences On 10 Play.

In last night’s two round elimination, contestants’ palettes were challenged with the classic One-Inch cube taste test, which sees six favourites cook for their spot in the competition.

MasterChef Australia:

  • Biggest audience since launch.
  • 1.31 million total national viewers reached.
  • Up 12% week-on-week.
  • Up 27% in 25 to 54s week-on-week, up 18% in 16 to 39s.
  • #1 in its timeslot in 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.
  • 34,000 live stream viewers, up 34% on the same episode last year.
  • Season-to-date: Biggest BVOD audiences ever (138,000), up 25% on 2023 average.

10 was up 12% week-on-week and up 25% in 25 to 54s.

Network 10 (10 + 10 Bold + 10 Peach + Nickelodeon) was up 7% week-on-week, up 10% in 25 to 54s.
