  • 9News was the No.1 program across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide with People 25-54. It was the No. 1 program with Total People in Sydney (51,000 viewers ahead of its nearest competitor) and Melbourne (51,000 viewers ahead of its nearest competitor). The combined national bulletins registered a National Total TV Reach of 2.118 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.292 million (up 8.8% year-on-year). On 9Now, its BVOD audience of 80,000 – up 40.4% year-on-year.
  • Lego Masters won the battle of the 7.30pm reality programs on Monday across Australia and in Sydney and Brisbane with People 25-54. It also dominated with Total People and all key demos in Sydney. It secured a Total TV National Audience of 725,000 and a BVOD audience of 47,000 (up 4.4% on the same night last year).
  • A Current Affair was Australia’s No. 1 program at 7.00pm and was also a timeslot winner in Sydney and Melbourne.It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.611 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.051 million and a BVOD audience of 63,000 – up 23.5% on the same night last year.
  • Tipping Point was the afternoon game show of choice across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.444 million and a Total TV National Audience of 743,000, representing a 54.8% timeslot year-on-year. 
  • Today was the No. 1 breakfast program across the 5 City Metro and in Melbourne and Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 822,000 and a Total TV National Audience of 334,000. Its BVOD audience was 30,000 – up 20.0% on the same morning last year.

The 9Network was No. 1 on Monday across the 5 City Metro with People 25-54 and People 16-39.

  • #2 in its timeslot in 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.
  • Season-to-date: Biggest BVOD audiences ever (154,000) season-to-date, up 40% on 2023 average.

Last week, with 7-day viewing, MasterChef Australia (Monday, 29 April) reached 1.36 million total national viewers.
