Earlier this week the Israeli Prime Minister launched a scathing attack on Anthony Albanese via social media stating he had “betrayed Israel and abandoned Australia’s Jews” following his announcement that Australia would formally recognise Palestinian statehood at the United Nations general assembly next month.
In his interview with Sky News host Sharri Markson, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said:
“Well look I’m sure he has a reputable record as a public servant, but I think his record is forever tarnished by the weakness that he showed in the face of these Hamas terrorist monsters.”
