SCA claims Central Coast’s top two radio stations for first time – Southern Cross Austereo has secured the Central Coast’s number-one and number-two radio stations for the first time, with Hit 101.3 leading the market and Triple M Central Coast 107.7 close behind.
Hit 101.3 rose six points to an 18.8% station-listened-to-most result among listeners aged 10 and over. Triple M Central Coast gained 3.7 points to reach 18.6%, placing the two SCA stations at the top of the local market.
The result gives SCA a strong local-radio story built around two distinct audiences. Hit’s new Jess & Rohan breakfast show led the broader and 25-to-54 demographics, while Paddy & Maz delivered record cumulative reach for Triple M and particularly strong results among listeners aged 40-plus and men aged 25 to 54.
