ACMA opens consultation on remaking the broadcasting services clarification notice – We have opened a consultation on our proposal to remake the Broadcasting Services Clarification Notice 2016, which is due to sunset on 1 April 2026.
We propose to remake the instrument before the sunset date, with minor changes. For full details and to access the draft instrument, visit the consultation page on the ACMA website. You have until 5 pm (AEST) on Monday 6 October 2025 to send us your views.
