ACMA consults on remaking the international broadcasting guidelines – We have opened a consultation on our proposal to remake the Broadcasting Services (International Broadcasting) Guidelines 2016. The instrument is due to sunset on 1 April 2026.

For full details, and to access the proposed updated guidelines and have your say, go to the consultation page on ACMA website. You have until 5 pm (AEDT) on Friday 12 December 2025 to send us your views.
