A League Of Their Own: South East Asia on SBS Viceland and SBS on Demand S1E1 and S1E2 – Former England footballers Jamie Redknapp and Micah Richards are embarking on a truly epic adventure across South East Asia.
They will battle it out in head-to-head challenges set by Romesh Ranganathan to try and avoid the most dreaded forfeit yet. Along the way they’ll be helped by their teammates’ Alan Carr, Big Zuu, Patrice Evra, Maisie Adam, Emily Atack and Joel Dommett.
This once-in-a-lifetime adventure starts in Singapore where they don Lycra to compete in synchronized swimming and take on a challenge set by Red Bull’s Max Verstappen at the Singapore Grand Prix circuit.
Episode One:
After 2 years grounded in the British Isles, Jamie, Micah and Romesh are back for the most ambitious Road Trip yet: an epic sporting odyssey across Southeast Asia.
Episode Two:
Romesh and Micah are joined by Man Utd legend Patrice Evra and comedian Maisie Adam. The first challenge sees the teams go head-to-head in a Dragon boat race set against the epic backdrop of Ha Long Bay, the teams also take on a martial art unlike any other, Vovinam.
