My Kitchen Rules on Channel 7 – MKR delivers a winning recipe. Australia’s #1 cooking show. Grand Final up 15% on 2022, biggest audience since 2019.
After five weeks, more than 200 meals and plenty of kitchen meltdowns, the 2023 season of the Seven Network’s hit show My Kitchen Rules ended on a high note last night, with the Grand Final reaching 1.7 million viewers on Channel 7 and 101,000 on 7plus.
An average of 992,000 viewers watched Radha and Prabha crowned champions – the biggest My Kitchen Rules audience since 2019 – including 930,000 viewers nationally, 637,000 in the capital cities and 62,000 on 7plus.
The Grand Final episode was #1 in its timeslot and up 15% on the 2022 final in total audience, including a 19% jump in 25 to 54s.
Across its run, the 2023 season of My Kitchen Rules reached 6.1 million Australians on broadcast and 883,000 on 7plusm and grew its average total audience by 7% year-on-year. On 7plus, live streaming jumped 32% and BVOD climbed 15%.
My Kitchen Rules boosted the timeslot audience on Channel 7 by 15% year-on-year and 14% in 25 to 54s.
