Election 2025 WA Decides on Channel 9 Perth coverage details – 9News Perth will bring West Australian audiences unrivalled live coverage of the WA State election as it unfolds from Monday night with an interview exclusive with Premier Roger Cook behind the wheel at the Perth Motorplex.
On election day, Saturday, March 8, join Channel 9 and 9Now from 5.00pm for a front-row seat to the poll that will shape the political landscape for years to come in the west.
The co-hosts, 9News Perth’s Michael Thomson and Tracy Vo, will guide viewers through every moment with interactive election coverage.
Nine’s prime-time election day coverage will begin at 5.00pm, just before the polling booths close and the final votes are cast. It will be followed by a break at 6.00pm as Natalia Cooper presents Perth’s 9News 6.00, before returning at 7.00pm to cover the result.
