Celebrity chefs Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge have added a surprise ingredient to the MKR recipe: three brand new teams of home cooks vying for glory from 7.30pm Monday, 18 September on Channel 7 and 7plus.

At the end of first Instant Restaurant round, twins Radha and Prabha fast-tracked to the Semi-Final after securing first place on the leaderboard.
Friends Tommy and Rach came in second and secured themselves a place in the Quarter-Final.
The remaining three original teams – Sonia and Marcus, Nick and Christian, and Claudean and Anthony – as well as the gatecrashers will set out for a second round of Instant Restaurants before the finalists battle it out in Kitchen HQ.
